The new 1430 Lincoln Boulevard mixed-use residential project is located between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard in Downtown Santa Monica. The proposed project will consist of 97 units of market-rate housing across five stories and will also include 5,791 RSF of ground-floor, visitor-serving retail. The front elevation will be set back from the street allowing for wide sidewalks, outdoor seating, and a landscaped buffer from Lincoln Boulevard.

 

1430 Lincoln will include 296 stalls of parking across four subterranean levels. Of the 296 total stalls, 114 stalls are dedicated to residential parking, 19 stalls are dedicated to retail, 10 stalls are dedicated to guests, and 153 stalls are dedicated to fulfill off-site easement requirements. 156 long-term bike parking stalls and 23 short-term bike parking stalls will be provided as well. Affordable units for this project will be provided off-site at 711 Colorado, which is a 56-unit 100% senior affordable housing project.
